Allow me to introduce my Coach’s Box blog, where I can meld my former world (sports writing) with my current one (Sports Fan coaching).

Here, I will post a variety of content.

It might be my weekly Sports Fan Coach column for the Cincinnati Enquirer and Cincinnati.com.

It might be news developments of particular interest to Sports Fans, Youth Sports Parents and Sports Widow(er)s.

It might be some favorite stories of mine from covering sports.

It might be my annual ballot for the Baseball Hall of Fame (yes, I still am a voting member of the Baseball Writers’ Association of America.

Or it might be something completely different.
